Don't know how to make a video?

It's easier than you think! Grab the closest camera and make a short video. You can use a camcorder, a cell phone, a digital camera, a computer, or anything else that records video. Stories will be based on substance, not production quality, so don't sweat the details.

What else can you do today?

  • Get in on the ground floor. Reach out to your local United Way to see where their work intersects with your passions.
  • GIVE. Make an investment in United Way’s national or local work in education, income and health.
  • ADVOCATE. Speak out and speak up on the issues that move you—and encourage others to do the same.
  • VOLUNTEER. Give your time so that a child or teenager can succeed, or a family can move away from the edge of financial insecurity, or a person can learn to make healthy choices. Browse our national database of volunteer opportunities, or look for local opportunities.
  • Make a statement—Wear the LIVE UNITED shirt!
