We are happy to promote and support local businesses in Henry County and Martinsville. This is why each year, we encourage our supporters to shop local by offering generous donors our very own Community Care Card.

Community Care Cards are distributed to United Way Donors in the Spring. They provide discounts, coupons, or special promotions offered by our very own local business owners as a way to help us say "Thank You" for supporting our community.

If you are a business owner interested in participating in United Way of Henry County and Martinsville's 2024 Community Care Card please complete the form below and submit to Rebecca@UnitedWayofHCM.org by December 1st, 2023.

Community Care Card Participation Form

United Way of Henry County & Martinsville (UWHCM) strives to advance education, financial stability, and healthy living for all in our hometown. As a local non-profit we understand the importance of investing time and energy in our community. We aim to truly be neighbors helping neighbors; therefore, UWHCM has introduced our very own Community Care Card to help showcase local businesses. 

Participation in the coupon book has no direct cost to your business: you let us know what promotion you are comfortable offering, we print and distribute the coupon. All we ask is that you honor that discount for the active period* of the Community Care Card. We need your help in sharing our gratitude to our neighborhood supporters by participating in our annual small-business coupon book.

*Community Care Cards for the 2022-2023 United Way Season will be issued to eligible persons beginning March 2023 and expire on November 30, 2023.
